Balvir was a lunchtime manager and teaching assistant in our local primary school for over 14 years. I help run two family businesses:
an import distribution company in the Midlands and a furniture manufacturing facility in Cheltenham.
Balvir was approached in a shopping centre in February 2011 by our sponsor, Rachel Owen. That evening she came home extremely excited and told me she’d been shown a business opportunity.
I immediately thought of two things: pyramid and scam. So I dismissed it as some of my friends had had bad experiences of these businesses.
Seven months later, we both decided to go to a business presentation and were totally blown away by what we saw. So we followed our gut instinct and decided to join as Forever Business Owners in August 2011.
I remember saying to Balvir after the first time we attended a business presentation, “Wouldn’t it be great if we could earn just a couple of hundred pounds a month from this opportunity?”
In the beginning, it was the excitement of doing something different and new that motivated us. Getting to the position of Manager was our focus. Our upline and mentor, Sophie Rollin, encouraged us and believed in us, which kept us motivated as our Forever journey was just starting.
Six months into our Forever journey, Balvir had tripled what she was earning from her school job and promptly resigned. When we started with Forever, she never anticipated leaving the career she’d worked and trained so hard for.
Forever is now her full-time career and we both truly believe that it will help us achieve our dreams. Forever has given us flexibility around our busy lifestyle, financial freedom and most importantly, time to spend with each other and our children.
The earned incentive has helped Balvir become completely debt-free and this year she is on a mission to get her BMW X6 – her dream car, for now. This incentive is a team effort and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our team.
