I worked in the city for the Financial Times, but travelling was a nightmare. I’ve been married for ten years and six years ago I became a full-time mum after we were blessed with two lovely boys aged three and six.
I’d reached that time in my life when I wanted to get out of Cbeebies and needed something to do whilst the boys were at nursery and school. I had lots of different business ideas, but didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do.
Fourteen months later I came across Forever through Satnam and Balvir Sagoo. I was impressed and thought very carefully about the step we were about to take. I knew this was it; this is what I had been waiting for.
We became Managers four months into the business. In nine months we helped our first team member achieve Manager, Gulvin Kaur, and qualified for level one of the earned incentive and 100 club. In 10 months we had created our second generation Manager, Rosey Chawla. At 11 months we helped create another second generation Manager, Iljeet Bedi, and at 14 months we helped my sister Gurminder Hunjan become our second front line Manager who, in turn helped us become Senior Managers.
Forever allowed me to become something very special – a full-time mum. It has given me the flexibility I’d always wanted; I work when I want and with whom I want. I love the products; my skin problems have cleared and my energy levels have gone up.
Now I’m a full-time mum working part-time hours earning a full-time income.
I believe the confidence I have gained and the presentation skills, training, coaching and relationship-building I have done is something I would never have achieved by working for a corporate company.
